Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), your personal data is processed by ICEBAKER GIDA SANAYİ A.Ş. (“ICE BAKER”) as data controller, within the scope described below.

Personal data processed
- Identity: first name, last name
- Contact: email address, phone number, country / city
- Customer transaction: company name, product of interest, enquiry and message content
- Transaction security: IP address, form submission date and time, session data

- Responding to enquiries, quote requests and questions sent via the contact form or email
- Conducting product, pricing, private label and export processes
- Pre-contract negotiations and establishing a business relationship
- Running information security processes and preventing misuse
- Fulfilling legal obligations and informing authorised bodies
Legal grounds and collection method
Your personal data is collected electronically through the contact form on our website, email and phone. It is processed on the legal grounds set out in Article 5/2 of the KVKK: (c) it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract, (ç) it is necessary to fulfil a legal obligation, and (f) it is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed.
Transfers
Your personal data may be transferred, limited to the purposes above, to our hosting and email service providers, business partners and, upon request, authorised public authorities. Where service providers’ servers are located abroad, transfers are made in accordance with Article 9 of the KVKK.
Retention
Data is retained for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the limitation periods set out in the relevant legislation; it is then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad; to request its correction if incomplete or inaccurate, or its deletion or destruction; to request that these actions be notified to third parties; to object to a result against you arising from analysis by automated systems; and to claim compensation for damage arising from unlawful processing.

You can send your requests, together with information identifying you, by email to info@icebaker.com.tr or in writing to our address. Applications are concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
